Expansion into Beauty – SKKN by Kim Acquisition

In March 2025, SKIMS acquired SKKN by Kim, the beauty and skincare label previously owned by Coty. This strategic move signals SKIMS’ evolution from a shapewear brand to a full-scale lifestyle company.

With this acquisition, SKIMS enters the beauty space—introducing skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances to its growing product universe. The first launches in this new category are expected in 2026, further enhancing the brand’s presence in consumers’ daily routines.

Launch of NikeSKIMS

Earlier this year, SKIMS announced a high-profile collaboration with Nike, resulting in the launch of NikeSKIMS—a new line of performance-focused activewear for women.

Combining Nike’s innovation in sportswear with SKIMS’ signature fits and inclusive philosophy, the line debuts Spring 2025 in the U.S., with a global rollout planned for 2026. Designed for both performance and lifestyle, NikeSKIMS bridges the gap between athletic function and elevated everyday wear.

Opening of the New York City Flagship Store

In December 2024, SKIMS opened the doors to its first-ever flagship store in New York City, located on the iconic Fifth Avenue. The three-level retail space showcases the brand’s full range—from essential shapewear to exclusive collections.
