ERL is celebrating the circle of life with its latest bespoke design, created for Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West for her recent role in The Lion King performance. West took to the Hollywood Bowl stage as Simba for the 30th anniversary of the production, wearing a custom costume by the Los Angeles-based outfitter for her performance of “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King.”

Designed by ERL’s Eli Russell Linnetz, West’s eye-catching, fuzzy outfit parallels the streetwear label’s Spring 2024 collection, embracing the local “Made in California” styles of its hometown.

Featuring the brand’s “Butter” colorway, the outfit is multifaceted. West wears a furry custom zip-up hoodie with a shearling hood, paired with a set of sweats.

The final details of the curated costume include a crossbody bag, sunglasses, a trapper hat, and handmade shearling skate shoes.
