Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you got started in the modeling industry?

My name is Isabella. I consider myself a young, God-fearing person of many talents. I am 22 years old, from Wisconsin and I love to write poetry, act, model and create content. I started off my career by doing creative photoshoots. Whenever I had a vision, I wanted to get behind the camera and bring it to life.

What inspired you to become a model, and how did you make your way into the industry?

It's always something that I envisioned myself doing since I was in highschool. It's where I get to become the art and tell a story. That's what I want people to see. I made my way into the industry by simply throwing myself into it.

Could you share some challenges you've faced as a model and how you overcame them?

I'ved faced insecurity, I've faced criticism, I've faced people trying to take advantage of me, I've faced rejection. But no matter the roadblock, I've always found a way. I overcame them by finding a way, maintaining my vision and knowing my truth.

What advice would you give to someone looking to break into the world of modeling?

My advice is to always have the passion and the heart for what you are doing. Don't let anyone take that passion from you ever. You hold on to it and you break those barriers. It won't be easy and you'll probably be torn down before you are built up but remember...your dreams choose you.

I always say passion and hunger is what'll set you apart. You need those two things.

What do you believe are the key attributes that set a successful model apart from others?

What's the most valuable lesson you've learned from your experiences as a model that you'd like to pass on to newcomers?

Study the industry. Study where to begin. Study how to start. Be prepared. The best thing you can do for yourself is already have the knowledge in the back of your head. This is what'll set you apart from other newcomers. They'll be like "oh that person knows what their doing and they're serious about it"

How do you collaborate with photographers, makeup artists, and stylists to achieve the desired visual outcome?

Communication. This is one of the most important things within the industry. Make sure to have your team on the same page and it'll be a smooth operation.

Confidence is crucial in the modeling industry.
How do you build and maintain your confidence both on and off the runway?

I think confidence is something that's important to have in life point blank period. I believe properly taking care of yourself, pampering yourself and speaking life into yourself will always protect your confidence. Keep your head up high and believe what you are capable of.

How do you deal with criticism and negative feedback, and what advice would you offer to models struggling with self-esteem issues?

Well, I think there's a difference between critisic and negative feedback. With cristicm, there is always room to grow, shift or be better. Negative Feedback, I try not to pay much attention to if there's no valuable insight behind it.   I know we live in a society with impossible beauty standards to maintain. It's not about looks, it's about feeding yourself within. If you don't then you'll never be satisfied no matter what.

What strategies do you use to network and build connections within the fashion and modeling industry?

I use social media to promote myself, I build relationships with other creatives and I make sure that I am kind to everyone. These three have helped me alot.

How do you see the modeling industry evolving to become more inclusive?

We're starting to see more people WANT change and fight for it. Everyone evolves, the word evolves, trends evolve...nothing is meant to stay the same. I have hope for the industry as we are starting to get a new wave of people coming into who want the same.

What are your aspirations for your modeling career in the coming years?

I hope to help create change and make an impact. The journey isn't just about me but others who have a dream within me just like I did. And I really want my face on billboards and campaigns...I know I can do it and when I do, I give all the glory to God.

Are there any other creative pursuits or projects you're involved in, alongside your modeling career?

Of course, I also wanted to be an actress and content creator as well. I'm actively working on those things as well.

How do you define beauty, and how has your perspective on beauty evolved throughout your modeling journey?

Being in such a creative industry, you see all types of beauty. Beauty that's physical and beauty that's within. I don't want to limit beauty by definition, I think it's much bigger than that. It's truly everywhere and in everything. You have to have the heart, mind and eyes to receive it.

What message or advice would you like to convey to your fans and followers who look up to you as a role model?

I don't think I'm anywhere near a role model yet but those who follow my journey and are inspired by it, I want to say thank you. You all are the ones who help keep me motivated  to become who I know I am supposed to be. I really am humble and grateful.
